In laboratories equipped with HPLC, spectrophotometer and other modern equipment for all kinds of spice analysis of physical, chemical, instrumental and microbiological, they have brought a new point of view to the laboratory sector which is in European standards with qualified researchers and tasting rooms.

DRYING AND STERILIZATION

Drying: In the drying process using hot air, the drying in the dryer can remain intact without compromising color and quality. 
Steam Sterilization: In sterilization using dry steam, 99.98% of all microorganisms, including pathogens, can be eliminated. This method, while being natural and healthy, can extend the shelf life of the product and present hygienic products to consumers. 
Microwave: Products are safely sterilized by microwave sterilization technique without losing color and aroma. 
 Ethylene Oxide Sterilization: This method used for abroad is a cold sterilization technique, products are safely sterilized without losing color and aroma. 
 

PACKAGING
 
With the latest technology and automatic packaging system hygienic packaging is made at desired weight. 50g-100g-200g

Sarah has 16 years experience in the agriculture and food industry from chef to artisan food producer. She has 11 years' experience growing and supplying for gourmet restaurants and Farmers markets.

The business was started in 2006. Granted planning permission in 2014 for commercial poly tunnel, kitchen, wash room and cottage business.   ​
